Catching Up with The Queen Bee…not to be mistaken for Queen Bey (although that is probably a good person to be mistaken for) but this girl definitely runs her world. Meet CYNTONI MILLER CEO of Black on the Job.
Black on the Job is a non-profit business dedicated to the fight for the worth of the black people in the job market. At BOTJ their focus is to break barriers like racism, sexism, and discrimination that many black professionals are faced with within the workplace. BOTJ offers a variety of professional development courses and services that aid in providing individuals with proper knowledge on how to approach salary discussions and/or negotiations as well as other business tools.
Aside from running her business Cyn enjoys taking time for beauty, “I define beauty as inner confidence and that’s exactly how I feel in my FK lashes,” says Cyn. She favors more natural lash styles like our SOPHISTACATED lash and is getting better daily with her self-application skills.
We asked Cyn: How does wearing lashes make you feel?
